Getting started

Getting started
  • Create an organization. Sign up, choose a plan, and invite your team from Settings → Members.
  • Add learners. Invite students and parents, or create student accounts from your admin dashboard.
  • Explore the playground. Try labs anonymously, then sign in to save projects to your workspace.

For families

For families
  • Parent accounts. Link to your child's profile to view progress, messages, and billing where enabled.
  • Child mode. Switch learner context from the app shell to act on behalf of a child when permitted.
  • Privacy controls. Review our Privacy Policy and contact support to request data access or deletion.

Labs and projects

Labs and projects
  • Circuit Maker. Build and simulate electronic circuits. Open from Playground → Circuit Maker.
  • Robotics lab. Program robots, run simulations, and share worlds from the Robotics playground.
  • Game & design makers. Create games and design projects; publish to Explore when your program allows.

Integrations

Integrations
  • Google & YouTube. Connect from Settings → Integrations to sync calendars or pick YouTube videos for lessons. Revoke access anytime in Stemplitude or via Google Account permissions.
  • Microsoft & Zoom. Link Outlook/Teams or Zoom for live class meeting links. Each provider's terms and privacy policy apply.
  • Stripe Connect. Programs using member billing can onboard a Stripe Connect account from Integrations.

For instructors & admins

For instructors & admins
  • Classrooms. Create classrooms, assign activities, and monitor live sessions from the dashboard.
  • Curriculum. Browse and assign structured pathways from the Curriculum section.
  • Integrations. Connect external tools from Settings → Integrations when available for your plan.

Billing

Billing
  • Organization plans. Owners manage subscription tiers, seats, and payment methods under Settings → Billing.
  • Member billing. Programs can invoice families; pay links appear in the member billing area when enabled.

Security & compliance

Security & compliance
  • Roles and permissions. Customize access with role-based permissions from Settings → Roles.
  • Support access. Grant time-limited support access to Stemplitude staff when troubleshooting.
  • Student erasure. Authorized users can queue student data erasure from student admin tools.
